FAQS
For each character that is booked, there is a $50 non-refundable deposit required. This amount is taken from your balance and the remaining of your balance is due the day of in cash.
WHAT IS THE DEPOSIT TO HOLD THE DATE FOR MY PARTY?
For each character that you are reserving, there is a $50 non-refundable deposit.

The deposit is applied toward your balance and the remaining balance is due 5 days prior to your event.
do you accept tips?
Yes! Our performers love getting tipped for the work that they did to make your child’s day extra special. Gratuities range anywhere from 20% and up. Tips are not required but are greatly appreciated.
HOw far in advance do i need to book?
Our parties book quickly, so we suggest booking 6-8 weeks in advance to avoid disappointment, however don’t ever hesitate to book sooner or later than this.
When is the balance due?
We have different policies for our CA & TX locations.  
  • ​Our CA location requires the full payment 5 days prior to the event.
  • Our TX location allows for payment to be made the day of the party in cash.
Substance Abuse
Please do no smoke, consume alcohol, or abuse any other substances while the performers are entertaining at your event. We work very hard to keep all of our costumes clean and appreciate your cooperation.
No refunds are given if our performers are not in a safe working environment.
Safety is our number one priority for our performers as well as your guests. If the performers at your party do not feel safe or are being harassed by the guests at the party, they are able to leave the party immediately and the client will not be given a refund. 
Do you Accept Late Bookings?
Yes, we always try our best to attend every party even if it is last minute, although additional fees may apply.
How big does the venue need to be for the performer?
While our performers are trained to entertain in any given space, we do suggest that the event is held in a venue large enough for every child to be able to sit and move comfortably during the performance.
Do you Attend school party visits?
Yes we do, but the flow of your party is based on the teachers routine, so our regular routine might change based on the teachers schedule. We suggest adding on an assistant to your party package to help with the large number of children that are in a classroom setting.
What is your cancellation/ REscheduling policy?


  1. All events are "rain or shine", so we kindly ask that you have an indoor backup option in case of inclement weather.
  2. If the client cancels their event for any reason, the deposit is non-refundable.
  3. To reschedule, the client must request a new date within two weeks of their original event. If a rescheduling request is made after this two-week grace period, a new deposit will be required.
  4. If severe weather conditions prevent the scheduled princess(es) or character(s) from arriving safely and on time, the performers will notify the client immediately.
  5. If the client notifies us within the two-week grace period, the deposit may be applied toward a future event.
  6. If the party has been paid for in full and needs to be canceled or rescheduled, the full payment may be applied toward a future event—provided it is rebooked within three months of the original event date.
  • All rescheduled events must take place within three months of the original booking.
  • No refunds​
What if a guest arrives late?
All parties will begin at the scheduled time.
Since events follow a strict timeline, we recommend scheduling your character(s) to arrive at least one hour after your party begins. This allows guests some flexibility in case they arrive late.
Please note: We are unable to extend the party time for any reason. If you would like to book additional time, this must be arranged prior to the performers' arrival.
In the rare event that a performer arrives late, they will make up for the lost time by staying for the full duration of their scheduled performance.
What do i need to provide for the party?
We ask that you provide enough space for the performer to play games, and do their list of party activities. The performers may need a chair or a of bottle water, but otherwise we will supply everything that is needed. 
Can we request a specific Actress to be a princess?
  • We try to fulfill performer requests the best that we can. We can not guarentee a specific performer though due to unforeseen circumstances (illness, death in the family, family emergencies, etc).
Can I have my party outside?
Our costumes are custom made, so we do ask that if the party is outside that there is no puddles or mud in the area provided. If the temperature is over 85 degrees, we do ask that shade is provided and water bottles.

If booking a mascot character/cartoon character, short breaks will be needed when necessary (the costumes are very hard to breath and see in). These breaks are included during the scheduled party duration and are necessary for safety reasons. 
How far do you travel?
  • We typically travel up to an hour away from Modesto CA & an hour away from Melissa TX. 
Can I book a shorter time frame if I booked a longer visit originally? 
Only if this is done within your 2-week grace period. Additional changes can not be adjusted with the party time after this.
Arrival Times are based off of an ETA
Although we do our very best to arrive to your party on time, and early (most of the time), all arrival times are based on an ETA (Estimated Time of Arrival) and are not exact.
  • Our staff always aims to arrive to every party on time, but there are some circumstances that we can not account for. 
  • In the rare case that your performer is late they will stay the time that they arrived late to complete their party duration. 
Can i get a Refund if I pay for my party in Full?
  • If you have paid for your party in full and this has been done prior to your 2-Week grace period then a refund can be issued. 
  • The deposit however is non-refundable.
