For each character that is booked, there is a $50 non-refundable deposit required. This amount is taken from your balance and the remaining of your balance is due the day of in cash.
WHAT IS THE DEPOSIT TO HOLD THE DATE FOR MY PARTY?
For each character that you are reserving, there is a $50 non-refundable deposit. For example, 1 character would be $50, 2 characters would be $100 and so on. This deposit is applied toward your balance and the remaining total is due 5 days prior to your event.
do you accept tips?
Yes! Our performers love getting tipped for the work that they did to make your child’s day extra special. Gratuities range anywhere from 20% and up. Tips are not required but are greatly appreciated.
HOw far in advance do i need to book?
Our parties book quickly, so we suggest booking 4-6 weeks in advance to avoid disappointment, however don’t ever hesitate to book sooner or later than that.
What is your policy on Covid-19
- We do not require our performers or party helpers to wear masks, but if you request this, we can have them do so. If you do request a face mask to be worn, just know that explaining games, singing, story time, etc. makes it very difficult for the performers.
- We do ask that you do not have any sick guests at your event and that hand sanitizer is made accessible to everyone at the party, including the performer(s).
Do you require the final payment in full?
Yes, the final payment is due in full 5 days prior to your event through Zelle and

No refunds are given if our performers are not in a safe working environment.
Safety is our number one priority for our performers as well as your guests. If the performers at your party do not feel safe or are being harassed by the guests at the party, they are able to leave the party immediately and the purchaser will not be given a refund.
Is there a travel fee?
A travel fee applies when the location of the party is outside of a 10 mile radius from our headquarters.
How big does the venue need to be for the performer?
While our performers are trained to entertain in any given space, we do suggest that the event is held in a venue large enough for every child to be able to sit and move comfortably during the performance.
Do you Attend school party visits?
Yes we do, but the flow of your party is based on the teachers routine, so our regular routine might change based on the teachers schedule. We suggest adding on an assistant to your party package to help with the large number of children that are in a classroom setting.
What is your cancellation/ REscheduling policy?
1. All events are "rain or shine," so we ask that you have an indoor option in the case that weather issues arise.
2. If the purchaser decides to cancel their event for any reason, the purchaser forfeits the deposit.
3. If the purchaser would like to reschedule their date, this must done within 3 weeks of their party/event. If the purchaser needs to reschedule the date after the 3week grace period, then a new deposit will be required.
4. In the event that inclement weather prevents the princess(s) or character(s) from arriving the scheduled event on time and safely, the performers will notify the purchaser immediately.
5. If the purchaser notifies us within the 3 week grace period, then the deposit can be used towards a future party.
6. If you have already paid for the party in full, and you had to cancel/reschedule, your entire payment can be used for a future party as long as the party is booked within 3 months of the original booked date.

What if a guest arrives late?
- All parties will begin at the scheduled time.
- All events are based on a time schedule, so we do recommend that you have your character(s) arrive at least an hour after the party begins. This will give the guests a bit of wiggle room if they do arrive late to your event.
- We are not able to go over the party time for any reasons. If you wish to book a longer time, this must be set up before the performers arrive. In the rare case that your performer arrives late, then they will stay the time that they arrived late to complete their party duration.
What do i need to provide for the party?
We ask that you provide enough space for the performer to play games, and do their list of party activities. The performers may need a chair or a of bottle water, but otherwise we will supply everything that is needed.
Can we request a specific Actress to be a princess?
- We try to fulfill performer requests the best that we can. We can not guarentee a specific performer though due to unforeseen circumstances (illness, death in the family, family emergencies, etc).
Can I have my party outside?
Our costumes are custom made, so we do ask that if the party is outside that there is no puddles or mud in the area provided. If the temperature is over 85 degrees, we do ask that shade is provided and water bottles.
If booking a mascot character/cartoon character, short breaks will be needed when necessary (the costumes are very hard to breath and see in). These breaks are included during the scheduled party duration and are necessary for safety reasons.

How far do you travel?
- Our headquarters is located in Modesto, California. If an entertainer must travel more then 10 miles from our location, a travel fee will be added to the balance.
- We typically travel up to an hour away from Modesto.
Can I book a shorter time frame if I booked a longer visit originally?
Only if this is done within your 3-week grace period. Additional changes can not be adjusted with the party time after this.
Arrival Times are based off of an ETA
Although we do our very best to arrive to your party on time, and early (most of the time), all arrival times are based on an ETA (Estimated Time of Arrival) and are not exact.
- Our staff always aims to arrive to every party on time, but there are some circumstances that we can not account for.
- In the rare case that your performer is late they will stay the time that they arrived late to complete their party duration.
Can i get a Refund if I pay for my party in Full?
- If you have paid for your party in full and this has been done prior to your 3-Week grace period, then your payment can be refunded to you, if it after the 3 week grace period, then our "no refund" policy would apply.
- The deposit however is non-refundable.
