What are your policies about deposits? There is a $40 non-refundable deposit required to hold the date of your event. This amount is applied toward the overall price and the remaining balance is due the day of the party. You are also able to select our larger deposit options if you would like to have a smaller balance due.
Do you accept tips? Yes! Our performers love getting tipped for the work that they did to make your child’s day extra special. Gratuities range anywhere from 20% and up. Tips are not required but are greatly appreciated.
How far in advance do I need to book a party? Our parties book quickly, so we suggest booking a month or two in advance to avoid disappointment, however don’t ever hesitate to book sooner than that.
Who do I give the balance to on the day of the party? We ask that you put the remaining balance in an envelope and give it to our assistant/princess before the party ends. At this time we only accept cash for final payments.
Can I pay the balance in full? You can pay the balance in full but this must be done 3 days before the party date and a PayPal fee is added on to the payment.
How can I avoid this small PayPal convience fee? You can avoid this fee if you pay through venmo, cash the day of, or send the balance through friends and family on PayPal.
Is there a travel fee? A travel fee applies when location of party is outside of a 10 mile radius from office.
How big does the venue need to be for the performer? While our performers are trained to entertain in any given space, we do suggest that the event be held in a venue large enough for every child to be able to sit and move comfortably during the performance.
Do you do school party visits? Yes we do, but the flow of your party is based on the teachers routine, so our regular routine might change based on the teachers schedule.
What happens if I need to cancel? If for some reason you need to cancel an event we will work with you to find an alternate date. If you decide that these dates do not work for you, we are unable to refund you your deposit.
Is there a cancellation fee? Yes, there is a $40 cancelation fee that will be taken from your $40 deposit.
Do I need to supply the performer with anything? Our performers will provide everything that is needed to assure an excellent fun party. We ask that performers have a comfortable chair to sit in as well as tables nearby to set party supplies. If you wish to supply water for our performers, that would be greatly appreciated.
Can I have my party outside? Our costumes are custom made, so we do ask that if the party is outside that there is no puddles or mud in the area provided. If the temperature is over 85 degrees, we do ask that shade is provided.
Can the performers stay a little extra if we need them to? We are not able to go over the party time for any reasons. If you wish to book a longer time, this must be set up before the performers arrive. We have lots of bookings and usually the performers have another party that they attend after your party. Due to scheduling, the characters will stay the time that your contract states. If for some reason your performers arrive late, then they will stay the time that they arrived late to complete their party duration. Even if you are not ready for your entertainer upon their arrival, they are contracted for that duration of the party and are able to leave when the contracted time is up.

If any person at the party harasses an entertainer, we are subject to leaving the party and will need the balance paid in full before leaving.
